2. deriving an imaginative, powerful and unusual concept from the client's brief
3. extending the interior concept and applying it throughout the designed environment (architecture and landscape included)
4. creating interior experiences beyond mere surface decoration and problem solving
5. designing and showing custom furniture in-house
6. capacity to produce full sets of design drawings (conceptual visuals to 3D Max renderings and technical CAD drawings).
7. access to international sourcing free of pre-set alliances
8. robust design vocabulary – classic, gulf, traditional, oriental, modern, avant-garde, funky, etc.
9. ability to design all hotel interiors, including public and private/retail spaces, F&B outlets, day-time restaurants, nightclubs/bars and lounge areas
